The conference is the Mid-Term Conference of the Research Network Ethnic Relations, Racism and Antisemitism of the European Sociological Association (ESA).

- Arrival and Registration: Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 2:30 – 3:30 PM
- Start: Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 3:30 PM
- End: Tuesday, September 2, 2025, with a Business Meeting starting at 5:30 PM, followed immediately by a Conference Dinner at 7:00 PM.
